- The provision of Business Development Services to enterprises that will result in the strengthening of skills and human resources base in the Province.
- Trade and Investment Promotion will result in the accelerated growth and the transformation of the economy to create decent and sustainable livelihoods.
- Provision of Development Finance that will enable entrepreneurs to access funding for their businesses thus speeding up growth and transformation of the economy to create decent work and sustainable livelihoods. Also, provision of development finance that will ensure that people are able to access finance for their housing needs, thus building cohesive, caring and sustainable communities.
