Recruitment Process

The recruitment process is very simple.

  1. We look at all the CVs received both directly by MEGA and by our appointed Recruitment Agencies and the HR Recruitment team prepare a shortlist based on the minimum skills requested in the job description.
  2. A short listing Committee is convened and the final shortlist is agreed upon.
  3. Candidates are invited for 1st interviews.
  4. The final shortlisted candidates are requested to come in for Psychological Assessments and Personality Profiling.
  5. The chosen candidate is offered the position and if accepts is placed at MEGA
