The recruitment process is very simple.
- We look at all the CVs received both directly by MEGA and by our appointed Recruitment Agencies and the HR Recruitment team prepare a shortlist based on the minimum skills requested in the job description.
- A short listing Committee is convened and the final shortlist is agreed upon.
- Candidates are invited for 1st interviews.
- The final shortlisted candidates are requested to come in for Psychological Assessments and Personality Profiling.
- The chosen candidate is offered the position and if accepts is placed at MEGA
