BIDDERS ARE NOTIFIED THAT THE CLOSING DATE REFLECTED ON THIS ADVERT, WHICH WAS PUBLICISED ON CITY PRESS ON 28 OCTOBER 2018 IS CORRECT AND HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED. 

HOWEVER, BIDDERS ARE MADE AWARE THAT, THE ACTUAL RFP DOCUMENT INDICATED 28 NOVEMBER 2018 AS FRIDAY INSTEAD OF WEDNESDAY ON PAGE 11. BIDDERS MUST NOTE THAT, THIS IS A TYPING ERROR AND THE ACTUAL DAY IS WEDNESDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2018.

All the Bid documents together with the supporting documents must be submitted on sealed envelope, marked with the Name of bidder, bid number, bid description and closing date and be deposited in the tender Box located at MEGA’s head office: ABSA square building, forth (4) floor, 20 Paul Kruger street, Mbombela as per closing date and time per bid above.

MEGA does not bind itself to accept the lowest bidder and reserve the right to accept the whole or part of the contract. MEGA Supply Chain Management Policy and the Preferential Procurement Regulations shall apply. (80/20 preferential point system will be used as reflected on the Bid document)
